I love doing monologues. I’m glad other people seem to enjoy me doing them, because I have fun doing them. Penny told me something along the lines of “this character mostly just talks to himself but I think you’d be a great fit for that” and I truly felt UNDERSTOOD in that moment.

Same way you meet anyone, I guess. You run in similar circles & you’re bound to bump into each other, or have mutual friends introduce you.
I think sometimes this question is asked with the unspoken meaning of “how does it feel to meet someone that’s made things you liked a lot / made things that inspired you?” I get that it’s an instinct to put someone on a pedestal for making something that’s impacted you. I think that’s a very human way to feel.
HLVRAI exploding in popularity & thrusting me into the spotlight that it did really hammered it into my head that “oh yeah, everyone in the world is just a person like me, huh.” This is going to sound like one of those Yeah, No Shit type of statements, but generally treating a person like a person makes it easier to talk to them & get to know them.

How do you deal with needing to stream but also really wanting to watch cool streams from friends and people you admire? I feel like I am caught in the crossfire of wanting to support my friends and have fun in the chat of other people's streams so much that I feel like I don't have time for my own

I have made my peace with the fact that I’ll never be able to read and watch and play every single thing in the world. Also I like listening to streams and VODs sometimes while I’m doing menial work, or cleaning, or showering, or cooking, etc etc.
