It’s TDoV today. I don’t really have anything inspiring or useful or new or capital h Hopeful to say about it. I’m here, though, and I’m getting by, and I’ve got folks who love me, and one of those people IS me; and in the immediate personal sense maybe that’s enough.
Hope you’re taking care of yourselves, and looking out for the folks around ya.
Honestly tho, I feel the same way about the wizard. Like he is so rad and handsome!!
@cryptotheism Thats Quite cool. Do you know if this message is about eggplant?
Hmm. Manuscripts/tomes have this to say:
Thanks a lot!
Do you have a favorite romanceable stardew valley Npc? It is sad indeed Marnie cant be included on that list (especially since so many of the other romanceable ones have other possible love interests too.)

Maru, Leah, Abigail, the gay guy who lives on the beach & does fuck all (in a gay/lesbian solidarity kind of way). He should get together with Willy. Can you date Willy? Can anyone? I don’t remember. You should.
The real question is, is eggplant yuri?

a lot of stuff is real once you think aboyut it
Holly, please, tell me, who your favourite muppet would play in a muppets rendition of the Illiad? Please I must know
I don’t actually know very much about “The Iliad”. I always get it mixed up with “The Odyssey” in my head. Animal would play Polyphemus in that one.
It would be very funny if Statler and Waldorf played Achilles and Patroclus, but I think “they never have big roles” is kind of a central thing about them, even if I think it could work well. Oh well.
Honestly tho, I feel the same way about the wizard. Like he is so rad and handsome!!
I don’t cook chicken soup very often, & I wasn’t super happy with the ones I’ve made, so I don’t have much advice to offer. Sorry!

And Jodi because yes but she's married

Could it also be about eggplant?
do the eggpants halves get decently un-soggy when you roast them? they’re always pretty soggy when i do it even with the high heat. i know some people say to like... salt the eggplant ahead of time to help with that but ive never tried it. they still taste good i mean but very mushy in texture. wondering if a fellow eggpant aficionado such as yourself has the same problem or any effective solutions

There’s a little article in the recipe link talking about the process. You halve it & score it (& also brush some oil on there), and then roast it on high heat for about half an hour. Lets more of the water inside evaporate, plus gives it a really tasty browning. Gives the skin a real tasty texture, too. It was still relatively tender, & I maybe could’ve let it cook for a little more time (I do not know my partner’s oven very well LOL), but it had a good bite to it IMO. Not mushy by my standards!
