Consistently one of the funniest types of post I see are the ones that go “this is the [x] website” because they assume their circles they’ve curated are emblematic of the greater demographic. I know sometimes it’s for goofs but I always get a bit of a laugh when someone’s serious about insisting this is “the gay furry website” or whatever (& you surely know I am saying this as a steadfast fan and supporter of Gay Furry). It’s social media, dude! Lotsa people are using it for different reasons! You’ve got people saying the same thing about Twitter and Discord and apparently also about Facebook, unless I’m being lied to about that one specifically. Years ago you had people insisting this was “the North American BBC primetime drama fandom” website & I’m sure you still have some people who do. The funny and awesome truth of the world is that it’s always so much greater than just the circles you or I frequent. This is the “Members of KISS roleplaying about dairy” website to someone.

AnonymousI watched about half of the movie “Bros” with no audio & no subtitles on a plane about three or four weeks ago. I (understandably) didn’t really follow or understand any of it, but one of my pals described that movie as “a hate crime”, so I can’t be too fussed I guess LOL
My partner wants to sit me down and make me watch “Jurassic Park” with her at some point, and once we’ve finished up the second season of the show we’re also going to watch “Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me”. Also seen a buncha friends recommend “Tár” so I want to see that at some point.
This is a lot of Things I Want To See & not a lot of Things I Saw Recently, sorry. I don’t really watch a lot of movies, haha.
