Sorry if this is basic RTVS knowledge but is there an origin to the “1 of every food and drink” bit? I quote it all the time but i dont think I’ve ever seen where it actually came from
I want to say it’s a thing Trog said, but I don’t usually remember stuff like this.
I wanted to let you know that the amount of people I've gotten to start saying "it's alright to do this" in day to day life has now risen to 4
That’s awesome. It’s alright to do that.
i made a black forest cake from scratch today you wish you were me
[Image ID: A black forest cake shaped roughly like a heart. The outside is chocolate crumbs and there is a ring of whipped cream spirals along the top and bottom. There are cherries in juice on the top layer, contained by the whipped cream ring.]
i’ve picked up your mantra of We Try Again and it has genuinely helped me not get mad at failing things
Trying stuff again is fucking awesome. I literally love to learn from mistakes and get better at any. Teaching myself to get less mad at my own shortcomings (perceived, imagined or otherwise) and how to frame things more constructively was one of the smartest things I ever did for myself, I think.
oh no a symphogear questions from it... what is your favorite song from that and your favorite character that isn't Tachibana Hibiki
Favourite not-Hibiki character is a tie between Miku and Maria.
Favourite song is probably “Senritsu Sorority”, but it’s a hard pick because I like a lot of the music in the show LOL
Hey Holly! Seen any cool plants while on your trip?
There’s lotsa cool plants here. I talked about being excited about palm trees already, but I’m having fun seeing cacti and desert shrubs and the like existing right next to huge trees (redwoods? I think they’re redwoods but I’m not sure enough to ID confidently). There’s a lot of nice flowering bushes around here. The other day I saw some kind of cherry tree with very pretty pink petals. It’s very exciting to see plants that aren’t endemic to where I’m from!!!!!!!!!
