i hope you can learn to better redirect your energy to more positive or constructive outlets. it’s definitely easier said than done but it’s certainly made my life better

not really. worked out this morning. wanted to go for a walk but the roads are too icy today. i guess i’m gonna shower and eat food later, & probably hang out with friends or read a book or something. that counts as plans i guess
